While referrals are always welcome, you do not need a doctor’s referral to see Polly.

Polly sees women, men and gender-diverse people for help managing:

  • Pelvic pain (period pain; endometriosis; pudendal neuralgia; sexual pain/dyspareunia; vulval pain; persistent pelvic pain; pelvic muscle pain)

  • Bladder concerns (leaking/incontinence; urgency; painful bladder; night-time voiding/nocturia)

  • Bowel concerns (constipation; urgency; leaking/incontinence; incomplete emptying)

  • Prolapse management including pessary fittings

  • Pelvic floor muscle dysfunction (assessment and management of weak or tight/high tone pelvic muscles)

  • Antenatal assessment and birth preparation

  • Postnatal assessment and rehabilitation

  • Postnatal return to exercise plans

  • Pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain (pelvic girdle pain; coccyx pain; thoracic spine pain; lower back pain; hip pain

  • Pre- and post- gynaecological surgery
